Yankees Figures

I was psyched when I saw these out of the corner of my eye on the shelf tonight. Before I made a full turn I already had the Jeter figure in my hand and upon seeing A-Rod right behind it I was jumping for joy. Ask Adam.

Then I looked at them a little more closely.







They're the exact same bodies! On top of that, Jeter's doesn't have the right color bat or the compression sleeve he wears on his left arm and A-Rod's doesn't have his pulled-up socks.

The faces are even worse.






Can you even tell which is which? Well, Jeter's on top and A-Rod's on the bottom, but I think either of them is closer to Bernie Williams than the guy they're actually supposed to be.

I left them on the shelf in disgust.
